Michael Frazier
<p class="ql-align-center"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">aaa Frazier has served as a professional in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. He got his start fresh out of the Navy as a loan officer where he was quickly promoted to managing a team of loan officers. As the top performing regional manager three years in a row he continued to grow in knowledge and craft his skill. It was not long before he was owning and running his own mortgage brokerage company. This is where he really cut his teeth in the industry learning what it takes to be successful and having a strong grasp of the products and services available to help customers get home loan financing.</span></p><p class="ql-align-center"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">When the market came to almost a halt in 2007 Michael knew that he had to change with the industry to stay relevant and took a job originating loans with the bank. Here Michael continued to excel putting himself in the 90th percentile among his peers. During this time Michael also achieved his bachelor's degree in Business Finance in the evenings while working a full time job. Most recently in 2016 he achieved top three in the company in total units originated and number one in the southeast in total CRA loans out of over 400 loan officers nationwide. This is a huge achievement and something Michael is very proud of. It shows that he is willing to work with and help anyone achieve homeownership. "I know what it is like to be on top and I also know what it's like to be on the bottom. So, with this in mind, I treat every loan as if it was my own personal financing and bull doze through some of the hurdles that are inherent to our business helping put our customers in their home."</span></p><p class="ql-align-center"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Michael learned how to be a servant leader in the US Military. He served in the Navy's elite Naval Nuclear Power Program as a Shut Down Realtor Operator, the most senior reactor operator qualifications, for over 8 ½ years. As a top performing Reactor Operator, Michael was hand selected to be on the ORSE team which is a small group of individuals used to ensure the plant and team are ready for battle, something a war ship must always be ready for. This program was developed by MIT and is considered the hardest scholastic program in all of the military. "This was not an easy program to go through. There were times I thought about quitting, but decided not to and stuck it out. It's a matter of integrity, finishing something that you started, and I am glad today that I did because that has shaped me for the rest of my life."</span></p><p class="ql-align-center"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Michael finished his career as an instructor at a Naval Nuclear Power Prototype facility helping young students coming through the program achieve their hard earned licenses as well. It was here where he really learned to serve others and selflessly help them to achieve their goals.</span></p>
