Danae Aballi
<p>Born and raised in Southern California, agent Danae Aballi has sold real estate across all 5 of our Southern California Counties since earning her license in 2004. <span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);">Danae founded The Danae Aballi Team to provide the client an exceptional real estate experience built on good process mixed with creativity to market each property uniquely. The Danae Aballi Team is based out of Newport Beach in Orange County and over the years has sold more than $160 million in sales volume. </span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);"> She has worked in various positions in the industry having grown from an independent agent to running a team of 5 top producing agents. Prior to forming her own team, she held the position of director of operations for another agent of coastal Orange County. While director of operations, she hired and trained both agents and support staff, implemented workflows and processes, and oversaw the team marketing strategy to double the teams’ production to $80 million in sales volume a year. </span></p><p> She’s dedicated to continuous learning and has several certifications and designations in the real estate space including: National Association of Realtors certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR), and also holds her Property Management Certification to help serve real estate investors. She holds the e-PRO<sup>®</sup> certification to leverage the latest technology in advanced digital marketing techniques.</p><p> <span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);">Danae holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from California State University San Bernardino. In addition, Danae’s first career was in real estate marketing and advertising with a national real estate magazine. During that time, she traveled the country meeting with top agents, brokers, and leaders in the real estate space and learned the power of a strong brand and marketing strategy.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);">She’s the host of her own real estate podcast called “Moving From California … And Where to Next” where she interviews top agents in markets outside of California in order to serve her California seller’s who consider either moving out of state, or buying a 2</span><sup style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);">nd</sup><span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);"> home out of state. </span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 42, 51);"> Always placing the needs of her clients above her own, she has a well-earned reputation for remaining genuine and authentic in all of her business dealings. Danae is avid beach lover, scuba diver, snowboarder and self-proclaimed bookworm. She is actively involved with the organization Big Brothers Big Sisters as a mentor, and very passionate about United Way’s progress in helping our homeless community. </span></p>
