With the recent escalation of COVID-19 situation, we want to assure you that we
are taking
all the necessary steps to:
- Ensure the safety of our employees.
- Ensure the safety of customers receiving gifts.
- Ensure that our clients can keep spreading smiles during these
tough
times.

We are a remote team based out of San Francisco bay area and Calgary, Canada. All
the team
members except those in the warehouse work remotely. We are also ensuring that
we limit our
customer meetings to video calls only.
In the warehouse, we are following the CDC guidelines for sanitation; wearing
disposable
protective gloves, washing hands and sanitizing work surfaces and knobs and
handles
regularly. We are also encouraging our workers to work on
different time slots so that there is minimum interaction between any two
workers.
Our warehouse is in Union City, CA where all the businesses are required to have restricted
operations only. We are also following those guidelines carefully. There
has been no
impact in our operations but if this changes, we will update you immediately.
For now, rest assured, your gifts will be shipped on time.
